Paul is a Level lll certified Infrared Thermographer and a professional infrared consultant specializing in building thermography while Training and Certifying infrared thermographers across the globe. Paul’s experience includes 14 years as an award- winning general contractor and 3 years as a mortgage banker/broker specializing in construction lending. Since 1996, Paul has been a Residential and Commercial building inspector with over 12,000 property inspections performed. He is also a HUD/FHA Construction Consultant and a Construction Compliance inspector and has served on the Home Inspector Advisory Board for the State of Washington. He also holds designations as a Home Energy Auditor and has a Masters Certification in Building Sciences.
